I had been dreading the process of creating a new website for a while. My past experience in designing sites had been very frustrating. Generally the webmaster promises much but delivers little. The main issue is the inability to understand or grasp the creative aspect of the project and the end product looks like nothing I ever envisioned. And as far as timing, they also seemed to drag on endlessly without the final product ever taking form.

I felt that here was a company not only interested in creating a site but in seeing it successful AFTER launch. The price was very fair, but what definitely caught my attention was Chris stating that they would work on the site until it was "the way I wanted it to be". I was a bit (very) skeptical....but decided to take the plunge and I am so glad I did.

From the start, the process was a re-discovery of what good customer service is. In fact, my business is customer service based but I felt that I was "going back to school" as I watched Chris manage the project. I learned a lot. Responses were immediate - always. Assistance on the part of his team is total, 100% of the time. Issues get resolved on the spot and there is flexibility. Best of all, Chris makes web designing fun and relaxing. I always felt like I was being heard. I actually started to enjoy the whole process which was (very) unexpected. I don't remember ever feeling frustrated or that Chris and his team were taking things in a direction I did not want, and I consider myself a demanding customer. Chris does not take the shortcut ever. He will propose what is best for the client/website even if it takes him more time to implement it.
