Are they ‘Googling’ you easily?
Ask the average company director if his website can be found in the search engines and he will say ‘yes’. He will probably even do a search for his company name to prove it to you.
But try searching for that company’s services or products. For example if a company designs websites in Madeira, do a search for ‘web design Madeira‘ or ‘web design Portugal‘.
Most of the time you won’t find any listings for a company on the first 4 or 5 pages. Why? Because the website has not been optimized for the search engines.
Now let’s face it – it doesn’t matter how much you paid for your website or how attractive it is. If it can’t rapidly be found in the search engines then it is losing money for you every single day. Now that’s a very expensive and useless website!
