The Madeira island based Real Estate Agency Frescura do Jardim has launched its new web presence in conjunction with the inauguration of its new property outlet in the village of Jardim do Mar on June 5th 2008.

The site is a fully functional multilingual Real Estate Agent CMS development that is based on the Joomla framework. The site incorporates the NB Realty component which offers all the functionality of top of the market real estate solutions.

Site developers Navega Bem - Web Design are also creating an interface that will allow other property sites to communicate and exchange property data with the Frescura do Jardim project. Other new additions to their component include an SMS messaging service and a fully automated fast search component that includes all the districts, counties and councils in Portugal.
