Tweet For the second year in a row Joomla has won the ‘Best PHP Open Source Content Management System” award for 2007. Runner up was Drupal and e107. The judges made some very interesting observations: “Most notably its good front-end for administrators and end-users, which gives users a simple and traditional company website straight out of the box.
